** If you fail to meet posted deadlines, you may be charged a $5.00 processing fee for late submission. You will be given an opportunity (at a later date) to review your bio before it is printed. You may make any additions and/or corrections to your bio that time. However, a $49 charge may be required for any requests to change your bio after the initial approval date.
